The five qualities are not personality traits ?? they are observable, trainable behaviors: organized enough to track leads (a conversation with no record is a conversation that never happened), confident in the product (not encyclopedic, but confident enough to say ‘I don’t know but I’ll find out’ without losing credibility), able to maintain focus and energy for eight hours on concrete, approachable and welcoming in body language and default expression, and genuinely making others feel important. Every candidate is scored against all five before the show roster is finalized. Candidates scoring below four out of five go to the bench or off the roster. Delivers a scored candidate matrix with specific coaching notes for each gap and a pre-show improvement plan for borderline candidates.
