Description
A football team that shows up without assigned positions scores zero points regardless of individual talent. Your booth team works the same way. Offensive players (aisle-facing initiators comfortable approaching strangers, reading badges at six feet, starting conversations within ten seconds) go on the booth edges near the aisle. Defensive players (listeners, deep qualifiers, closers who can take a ten-minute conversation and convert it into a booked follow-up meeting with a specific agenda) go deeper in the booth to receive the handoffs. The captain manages the schedule, enforces lead capture, monitors energy levels, and makes the final call on ambiguous situations. This engagement assigns every staff member to a specific role, writes the shift schedule, defines the handoff signal (how offense notifies defense that a qualified conversation needs to advance), and posts the schedule before move-in.
